1. Telemetry Metrics & Data Collection

We collect basic contact metrics (such as your full name, email, billing address) during the node configuration checkout. In addition, when using the GrooveData analytics pipeline or GrooveShield gateway proxy, our edge nodes automatically record routing telemetry (IP addresses, network latency, request volumes, and header metadata) to coordinate secure flow logs.

2. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Alignment

We operate fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under these frameworks:

• You hold the right to inspect, correct, or request deletion of your telemetry parameters or account details.
• We enforce automatic IP masking and data minimization protocols at the edge workers level, preventing unnecessary PII storage.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information with external marketing entities.

3. Payment Processing & Card Industry Safety

Payment transactions for subscriptions and memberships are routed through our verified PCI-DSS compliant payment system partners. Depending on the payment flow you select at checkout: (1) if billed directly, transaction details are securely routed to Stripe, our third-party payment processor; (2) if processed through our reseller, checkout parameters are routed to our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Necessary personal and billing details are shared with these processors solely to fulfill and audit orders.

TECHGOOVE LLC never stores, logs, or intercepts credit card numbers, card security codes (CVC/CVV), or bank routing secrets. All card data is securely encrypted at the client level before transit.

4. Security Log Retention

We retain database and routing audit logs strictly for the period necessary to comply with legal audit mandates and payment network security policies. Cryptographic transaction hashes are preserved on an immutable ledger to prevent retroactive adjustments or chargeback disputes.
