Terms of Service

Welcome to the TECHGOOVE website. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, APIs, tools, and services provided by TECHGOOVE LLC(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.

1. Services Provision & Active Nodes

TECHGOOVE LLC provides serverless node visual workflow engines, edge telemetry ingestion pipelines, rate-limiting API security proxies, and user authentication management layers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including database integrations or active worker configurations, without notice or liability.

2. Customer Obligations & Compliance Routing

As a condition of your use of our services, you warrant that you will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all data payloads ingested into the GrooveData pipeline or managed via GrooveAuth comply with applicable global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA).

Additionally, TECHGOOVE is not a web hosting, database hosting, virtual private server (VPS), file-sharing, or cloud storage service. You are strictly prohibited from using our event pipelines, workflow engines, rate limiters, or authentication APIs to store, host, back up, or distribute arbitrary user files, image/video media, copyrighted documents, or database tables. All services are stateless transit brokers, and you are required to host your application assets and primary databases on your own third-party provider accounts (e.g., AWS, GCP, or private servers).

You agree not to bypass, disable, or intercept rate-limiting rules enforced by GrooveShield, or attempt unauthorized accesses to our infrastructure databases.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

By subscribing to any product tier (including the GrooveClub Developer Network), you agree to pay all associated recurring subscription fees. Subscriptions are billed automatically on your monthly billing cycle matching your activation date. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We support multiple payment channels to facilitate developer orders securely. Depending on the option selected at checkout, payments are either processed directly by TECHGOOVE LLC (utilizing Stripe as our secure third-party payment processor) or through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. If billed via Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record for the transaction, handles returns, and coordinates customer support queries.

4. SLA & Service Uptime Disclaimers

While TECHGOOVE LLC strives to maintain a 99.99% operational uptime SLA across all edge worker routing nodes, the services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, merchantability, or completeness of the visual logics executed in GrooveFlow.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHGOOVE LLC, its affiliates, directors, or employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, telemetry data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our edge routing nodes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and all claims or causes of action arising hereunder, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
