Refund Policy

At TECHGOOVE LLC, we are committed to providing premium, production-ready serverless node infrastructure. Due to the high compute allocation associated with provisioning serverless execution tokens instantly, we enforce a strict refund policy to prevent service mining abuse.

1. 14-Day Conditional Refund Window

We offer a 14-day conditional refund window for all monthly subscriptions (including the **GrooveClub Developer Network** and **Enterprise Scale** plans).

To qualify for a full refund of your monthly billing charges:

  • Your request must be submitted via email to support@techgoove.com within exactly 14 calendar days of your initial payment transaction.
  • Your total serverless execution token usage must fall below 10% of your plan's standard monthly allocation quota. For example, for the GrooveClub plan, your total node executions must be under 25,000 tokens.

2. Token Mining & Abuse Protections

Subscriptions showing rapid token consumption or immediate integration execution prior to requesting a refund do not qualify for refunds. This safeguard protects our geo-distributed edge networks from temporary bulk ingestion scanning.

3. Processing & Card Network Retainers

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your purchase channel, refunds are either disbursed directly by TECHGOOVE LLC (via Stripe) or routed in coordination with our online reseller Paddle.com (acting as Merchant of Record). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your card or bank statement, depending on your issuer or banking region.
